Since losing a little over 40 pounds 2 1/2 years ago, I have had a meal replacement shake for breakfast every morning. I initially started out with another brand of meal replacement shake mix but when they stopped making it I started to use Healthwise meal replacement shake mix. I can’t say enough good things about this shake mix. It is very convenient, it has a good quality protein source, a high protein content, it makes me feel full for 3-4 hours and it taste great.

I accidently ordered this meal replacement shake instead of the Bari VHP brand. It definitely has a more chocolate taste! However, it took quite a bit to get the gritty texture to be gone and I find that it's not as satisfying as the Bari VHP.
