About Manage Your Weight

When I began Manage Your Weight in 1994 it was with a passion to help overweight people around the world. The obesity epidemic continues to affect hundreds of millions. Small weight losses of approximately 10-15% significantly lower one's risk for diabetes, heart disease, stroke, orthopedic problems, certain obesity related cancers and a myriad of other mentalĀ and physical health issues. Obesity is related to lower income earning potential, lower social status and lower self-esteem.

In 2006 I opened my online store, ManageYourWeight.com so I could offer top-of-the-line, good tasting products, honest dialogue and the latest available information to everyone. I believe we can, at Manage Your Weight and ManageYourWeight.com be doing a great service by making it easier to lose weight and keep it off.
