We ship standard Fed Ex ground. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If your shipment is damaged, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. Hot temperatures may melt some products if left outdoors. Please ship your products to an address where your package can be brought inside immediately.

Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST Monday through Wednesday are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST Thursday are shipped on Monday. Holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day after the Holiday.

All orders over $200 shipped via Fed Ex Ground within the contiguous 48 United States will get FREE SHIPPING!

Expedited shipping methods are available during checkout for an additional cost.

Canadian Shipping Policies

We do not offer free shipping to Canada, but do offer the 10% discount for orders >$200.

It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office before ordering to see if your country permits the shipment of this item to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, you are responsible for the cost of the shipment and we will not issue a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

You are responsible for any duties, tariffs or taxes that may apply and we will bill your credit card for this if we are charged. We do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.

For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Meal Replacements - For Personal Use". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.

Our Return Policy

If your are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any UNOPENED items in their original packaging for a refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee. Product must be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment. You are responsible for the cost to ship the product back us.
