"I lost 65 pounds in 4 month with the simple Padla diet. Having meal replacements 4 times per day plus a 1000 calorie supper of my choice has got me down to 255 pounds.
I'm going to keep going down to around 225-240- to what I weighed in College. I can now play with my children without my body aching and my chest pounding as if I was going to have a heart attack.
